[Sugestion]Ping limiter fix

Hi guys, 2 days ago I started adventure with this server and I saw how server kick me for ping when i have 650+ ping only per 1 second, ye i know first time i get warning but this system is also shitty because my average ping is 150.

My proposition is adding a warnings for 2 min and if player have 650+ ping 3 times per 2 min, let system kick out him from server.

I write this because I would play in this very unique server but this actually ping limiter is terrible for players from Poland and other countries/continents.

PS: Rather Infinity Gaming, no Intinity.
